Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Zayn Computer Center affiliate program (the "Program"). By activating an affiliate account or sharing an affiliate link, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Zayn Computer Center, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI Business Name Registration No. 8032742), owned and operated by Josephus Ambalong Ramos.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and have a registered account with us.
• You must provide accurate identity and payout details, and keep them current. We may require proof of identity before releasing any payment.
• Employees of Zayn Computer Center and their immediate family may join but may not earn commission on their own purchases.
• We may approve, decline, suspend, or close any affiliate account at our discretion.

2. Commission

• The standard commission is 5% of the order subtotal. Your individual rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard and may be adjusted by us on notice.
• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal only — before shipping fees, COD fees, and after any discounts or coupons are applied. It is not calculated on taxes or delivery charges.
• Orders placed with a Senior Citizen or PWD discount earn commission on the discounted subtotal.

3. Attribution

• A referral is attributed to you when a customer reaches our Site through your unique affiliate link and completes a qualifying order within 30 days of that click.
• Attribution is last-click: if a customer arrives through more than one affiliate link, the most recent link is credited.
• Self-referrals do not qualify. Orders you place yourself, or place on behalf of someone else using your own link, earn no commission.

4. When Commission Is Earned and Paid

• A referral is recorded as pending when the order is placed and becomes confirmed only after the order has been delivered and the return window has closed.
• Cancelled, refunded, returned, unpaid, undelivered, or fraudulent orders earn no commission. If commission has already been confirmed on an order that is later refunded or charged back, we may reverse it or deduct it from your balance.
• Payouts are made manually to the payout method on your account. We may set a minimum payout threshold and a payout schedule, both published in your dashboard.
• Unclaimed balances on accounts inactive for 12 months may be forfeited after we give you notice at your registered email.

5. Taxes

Commission is income. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on it. Where Philippine law requires it, we will withhold tax at the applicable rate before paying you and will issue the corresponding certificate (e.g. BIR Form 2307). We may ask for your TIN and a signed registration or sworn declaration before we can release payment.

6. How You May Promote

You may share your link on your own social accounts, blogs, groups, and chats. You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or email (spam), or post your link where posting is against the platform's own rules.
• Bid on "Zayn Computer Center", our domain, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or run ads that appear to originate from us.
• Represent yourself as Zayn Computer Center, or as an employee, agent, or official account of ours. You are an independent participant, not our employee, partner, or agent, and this Program creates no employment or partnership relationship.
• Make claims about products, pricing, stock, warranty, or delivery that we have not published, or state or imply specifications we do not advertise.
• Use coupon, voucher, or discount-code sites to publish codes we have not authorised for public distribution.
• Register domains, social handles, or app names containing our brand, or use our logo or product images in a way that suggests you are an official channel.
• Manipulate clicks or orders — including cookie stuffing, automated clicking, fake accounts, or placing orders you intend to cancel.

You must disclose that your links are affiliate links and that you may earn a commission from purchases made through them. This is a requirement of most platforms and of fair advertising practice.

7. Suspension, Clawback, and Termination

We may withhold, reverse, or cancel commission and suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or that referrals are not genuine. Where we withhold commission, we will tell you why. Either of us may end your participation at any time; commission properly earned on confirmed, delivered orders before termination remains payable.

8. Your Data

We process your account, referral, and payout information to run the Program, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share the personal details of customers you refer — you see aggregate click and commission figures only, never a customer's name, address, or contact details.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or the commission structure. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them or email you, whichever is earlier. Continuing to share your links after that constitutes acceptance. Changes are not retroactive: referrals already recorded keep the rate that applied when they were made.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the proper courts of Cebu City. Questions about the Program?
