Pay the way that suits you: cash on delivery, card, GCash, QR Ph, Maya, BillEase instalments or bank transfer, online or in person.

How to pay online, step by step

Add your items to the cart and tap Checkout.
Enter your delivery details. For online payment, include your postal code; the payment provider uses it to verify your card.
Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payment.
Review your total, including the delivery fee, and place your order.
If you chose online payment, you go to Maya Philippines, Inc.'s secure Maya Checkout page. Pick card, GCash, QR Ph, Maya or BillEase and complete the payment there.
You come back to our site, and we send your order confirmation and invoice by email, plus a text message when your order is confirmed.

Buy now, pay later with BillEase

Spread the cost of a laptop or PC build without a credit card. Choose Online Payment at checkout, then BillEase on Maya's payment page, and follow the steps in the BillEase app. BillEase decides on your application and shows its instalment options and terms before you confirm. Your instalment agreement is with BillEase.

Cash on delivery

Available in the areas our couriers serve for COD; checkout tells you.
Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Having the exact amount helps.
If COD parcels are repeatedly refused at the door, we may ask for online payment on future orders.

Paying in person or at pickup

Choose Store Pickup at checkout (it's free, and usually ready in 1 to 2 hours) and pay when you collect, or buy in person at Rm 401, CSC Banawa, Paseo Arcenas, Banawa, Labangon, Cebu City, Cebu 6000, Philippines (Mon – Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM). We accept cash, GCash, Maya and bank transfer in person; if you want to pay by card, ask us first.

Business and volume orders

Buying for an office, school or café? Tick the business purchase option at checkout to get an invoice with your company name and TIN. For volume orders we can send a quotation and arrange payment by bank transfer. See Zayn for Business.

Discounts work with every payment method

Senior citizen and PWD discounts: enter your ID number at checkout.
Member price for signed-in customers, where shown on the product page.
Coupon codes, under the conditions shown with them.

Is it safe?

Card payments happen on Maya's secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number or CVV.
The whole site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
We never ask for your card number, OTP or PIN by chat, text or call, and we never ask you to send payment to a personal account. If someone does, it isn't us; please tell us.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back the way you paid, where possible:

GCash and Maya: usually 1 to 3 business days after approval.
Credit and debit cards: 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cash on delivery: by GCash or bank transfer.

Questions

Is there an extra fee for cash on delivery?

Checkout shows every fee before you place your order, including any COD fee. Delivery fees depend on your location and the parcel weight.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Choose Online Payment at checkout, then BillEase on Maya’s payment page. BillEase approves your application and shows you its terms in its app.

My online payment did not go through. What now?

Your order is not shipped until payment is confirmed. Go back to checkout and try again, use another method, or choose cash on delivery. If money left your account but the order still shows unpaid, message us with your order number.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. We email your invoice when your order is confirmed. For a business invoice with your company name and TIN, tick the business purchase option at checkout.

Do you ever ask for payment by chat or to a personal account?

No. Pay only through our checkout, on delivery, or in person. We never ask for your card number, OTP or PIN by chat, text or call.

Which currency do you charge in?

Philippine pesos (PHP) for every order.
