What is the minimum order for business pricing?＋
Volume pricing begins at 10 units of the same configuration. Mixed orders are quoted per line item, and we will always show you which tier you landed in.
Do you deploy outside Cebu City?＋
Yes. We regularly deploy across Cebu province and to nearby islands. Site surveys outside Cebu City carry a travel fee that is credited back once the project is awarded.
Can you take over a setup another supplier installed?＋
We can. We start with an audit of the existing hardware and cabling, then quote only what needs replacing rather than a full rebuild.
Do you offer payment terms?＋
Standard terms are 50% down payment and 50% on turnover. Registered businesses with a repeat history may apply for 30-day terms.
What warranty do business units carry?＋
Units carry the manufacturer warranty, and we handle the claim on your behalf. Support-retainer clients get a loaner unit while a claim is in progress.
