2. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed are in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an incorrect price is displayed, we may cancel the order and notify you.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards (via PayMongo), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
