Welcome to Zayn Computer Center. By accessing or using our website at zayncomputercenter.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who You Are Buying From

Zayn Computer Center, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI Business Name Registration No. 8032742), owned and operated by Josephus Ambalong Ramos. Our registered principal place of business is Rm 401, CSC Banawa, Paseo Arcenas, Banawa, Labangon, Cebu City, Cebu 6000, Philippines. This Site is owned and operated by that registered business, and all orders are sold by it directly — we do not host third-party sellers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

3. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed are in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an incorrect price is displayed, we may cancel the order and notify you.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas and, where online payment is enabled, GCash, Maya, and credit/debit cards processed by our accredited payment service provider (PayMongo). We never see or store your full card number or CVV — card details are entered on the provider's secure payment page.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy. These are our commercial terms and they are in addition to, not a substitute for, your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) — including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are defective or not as described.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data without permission
• Reselling products purchased from us without prior written approval

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, images, text, and product descriptions — is the property of Zayn Computer Center or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Zayn Computer Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law, including liability under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) for defective products or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be brought before the proper courts of Cebu City, Philippines, without prejudice to any venue a consumer is entitled to under Philippine consumer protection law.

Complaints and redress. If something goes wrong, contact us first at support@zayncomputercenter.com or on (032) 503 4217 — we aim to acknowledge every complaint within two business days. If we cannot resolve it with you, you may escalate the matter to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), which handles consumer complaints against online sellers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
