Orders & Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept GCash, Maya, major credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible areas.
- Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. Once an order is confirmed and being processed, changes may no longer be possible. Contact us immediately at hello@zayndigital.com.
- Is it safe to pay online on your website?
- Yes. Online payments are processed through PayMongo, a BSP-regulated payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
- How long does delivery take?
- Metro Manila orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days. Provincial orders take 3–7 business days depending on the courier and destination.
- How much is the shipping fee?
- Standard shipping is ₱150. Orders over ₱5,000 qualify for free shipping.
- Do you ship nationwide?
- Yes, we ship to all provinces in the Philippines via our partner couriers.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your delivery.
Products & Warranty
- Are all products brand new and genuine?
- Yes. All products are 100% brand new and sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell refurbished or gray-market items.
- What warranty do the products come with?
- Products carry their standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product — details are listed on each product page.
- How do I claim a warranty?
- Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the brand or distributor on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging.
- How long do refunds take?
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. GCash and Maya refunds are typically faster than card refunds.
