7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Eligible for Return

✓Item arrived defective or damaged
✓Wrong item was delivered
✓Item is significantly different from the product description
✓Item is missing parts or accessories as listed

Not Eligible for Return

✕Change of mind after delivery
✕Item has been used, installed, or opened (unless defective)
✕Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
✕Return request made after 7 days of delivery
✕Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

How to File a Return

Email hello@zayncomputercenter.com with your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue.

Await Approval
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns address. Include your RMA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable courier.

Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.

Your Rights Under Philippine Law

The 7-day policy above is our own commitment to you. It is in addition to — never a replacement for — the rights every buyer has under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

Defective or misrepresented goods. If an item is defective, not as described, or fails to perform as advertised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Where the law gives you the choice of remedy, the choice is yours, not ours.
Warranty is honoured regardless of this policy. Manufacturer and distributor warranties run for their full term — typically 1 year on components, and per-brand terms on systems and peripherals — even after the 7-day return window has closed. We coordinate warranty claims with the distributor on your behalf.
“No return, no exchange” is not our policy and is not lawful. We will never refuse a valid claim on defective goods on the basis that a sale was final.
Hidden defects. A defect that was not reasonably discoverable on delivery does not stop being our responsibility simply because it surfaced later.

If we cannot resolve your claim, you may escalate it to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), which handles consumer complaints against online sellers.

Refund Timeline

GCash / Maya: 1–3 business days after approval
Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
COD orders: Refunded via GCash or bank transfer
