7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Eligible for Return

  • Item arrived defective or damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is significantly different from the product description
  • Item is missing parts or accessories as listed

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Item has been used, installed, or opened (unless defective)
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

How to File a Return

    Contact Us

    Email hello@zayndigital.com with your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue.

    Await Approval

    Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

  3. 3

    Ship the Item

    Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns address. Include your RMA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable courier.

  4. 4

    Inspection & Resolution

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.

Refund Timeline

  • GCash / Maya: 1–3 business days after approval
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • COD orders: Refunded via GCash or bank transfer
